Here is another personal post.
I have talked many times about my family and how amazing they are.
Wednesday, Lawrence got his mission call. I am SOOO excited to send another missionary out into the world, and the best thing is he is going back to his roots. The Nuku'alofa, Tonga mission.
My husband and most of his first cousins are first generation American, and for one of them to go back to Tonga to serve is amazing and something everyone who has received a mission call in the family wishes they could have done. But, they and I also know they are sent where they are needed and have grown from each and every different experience they've had.
Grandma Silia was especially happy and proud because she sacrificed everything to become a member of the church. The backlash she received almost took her life on numerous occasions, but she is still a proud member and has enjoyed watching so many of her grand kids serve.
She continues to share her story and her desire for us to know what she knows on a daily basis and is always reminding us the importance of marrying in the temple, serving, and staying faithful through adversity.

I also believe that black and white portraits portray emotion better than anything so enjoy these pictures that reveal a piece of my heart.
